1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum – OM-LS-2026, titled Provision of Special Needs Education Program Support Funds for Implementing Schools, and DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2021, Guidelines on the Utilization of Support Funds for Special Education as amended by DO 018, s. 2022, this Office announces the submission of Project Proposals of the SNED implementing schools on the Utilization of SNED Program Support Fund 2026 based on eligible expenditures.
2. Recipient schools shall prioritize expenditures for formal assessment of LWDs by Medical or Allied Specialist and the acquisition of specialized materials and devices for instructional purposes of learners with disability/difficulty.
3. All recipient schools are advised to submit (3) printed copies of the Project Proposals on or before August 28, 2026, through SDO- Dasmarinas City Records Unit using the attached template.
