1. Pursuant to the Memorandum DM-OSEC-2024-01 on Guidance on the Implementation of DepEd Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) relative to Executive Order No. 61 (s. 2024), which aims to guide school based RPMS implementers on the culmination of RPMS-related activities for SY 2023-2024 and on the suspension of RPMS implementation for SY 2024-2025, this Office requests the attention and compliance of school heads, teachers, and school-based non-teaching personnel with the highlighted provisions of DM-OSEC-2024-01, particularly Provisions 1, 3, and 4.
2. Performance of RPMS-related activities for SY 2023-2024 stipulated in Provision 4 of DM-OSEC-2024-01 shall be ensured by the School Heads in the school level, and by the Division Performance Management Team (PMT) in the assessment of school performance (OPCRF of schools). The Division PMT shall release the schedule and details of the assessment of OPCRF of schools through a separate division memorandum.
