1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 05, s. 2020 titled “Discovering Heroes: Strengthening Partnership and Linkages”, this Division hereby announces the conduct of the 5th Division Partnerships Convention with this year’s theme “Retooling on Strengthening Partnerships and Linkages for School Leaders” on September 05, 2025, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at DLSU-D Retreat and Conference Center (RCC) Assembly Hall.
2. This convention hopes to achieve the following objectives:
a. Strengthen collaborative efforts in the strategic implementation of programs across public schools within the Division;
b. Enhance individual competencies in managing and sustaining educational partnerships;
c. Promote a culture of continuous improvement among program coordinators; and
d. Facilitate the sharing of exemplary practices among schools in the Division.
3. Participants in this convention are the 46 public elementary and secondary school heads. Moreover, in consideration of the venue’s limited parking facilities, all participants are strongly advised to arrange carpooling to minimize the number of vehicles. Likewise, to ensure smooth traffic movement and efficient use of available space, a drop-and-go system will be strictly implemented, allowing vehicles to unload passengers at designated areas before exiting the premises.
