1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2022, titled Omnibus Guidelines on the Regulation of Operations of Parent-Teacher Associations, this Division, through the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD)- Social Mobilization and Networking Section (SMNS), hereby informs the field regarding the successful conduct of the General Assembly and Election of Officers for the City Federated Parent-Teacher Associations (FPTA) SY 2025-2026 on September 2, 2025, held at the Division Office’s Bulwagang Sigasig.
2. The elections were facilitated by the duly appointed Election Committee (ELECOM), composed of the following members:

3. Following the conduct of the school-based elections, the officers and members of the Board of Directors for School Year 2025-2026 were duly elected.
