1. In preparation for the conduct of the 29 August 2026 Special Election for Member, House of Representatives, Fourth Legislative District, Province of Cavite, all Department of Education (DepEd) personnel designated by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) as Electoral Board members, DESOs, DESO Support Staff, and PPP Support Staff are hereby directed to attend the required training in accordance with their assigned schedules.
2. The school heads shall ensure the immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned personnel and facilitate their attendance in the appropriate training sessions. Necessary administrative arrangements shall likewise be made to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of school operations during the conduct of the training.
3. Attendance in the prescribed training is mandatory, as it is an essential component in ensuring the orderly, efficient, and lawful conduct of the Special Election.
4. The schedule of training, venues, and other pertinent details contained in the attached communication from the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), Office of the Election Officer, Dasmarinas City titled Scheduled Training of Poll Workers for the 29 August 2026 Special Election which forms an integral part of this Memorandum.
5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum are hereby directed.
