1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 473, s. 2023 referring to the checking of Special Order documents last year and in compliance to DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2018 regarding the “Guidelines on the Issuance of Special Orders for the Approval of the Eligibility for Graduation from Senior High School of Grade 12 Learners Enrolled in Private Schools/ Colleges and Technical-Vocational Institutions (TVIs) for School Year 2017-2018”, this Office, through the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) and the Curriculum and Implementation Division (CID), informs the field of the schedule of checking of SO documents per Team from August 12-16, 2024 and reiterates the updated composition of the SO Checking Team together with the corresponding school assignments.
2. The assigned teams may utilize Bulwagang Sigasig on August 13-14 and the Private Schools Office and their respective. Checking of SO documents of large schools shall be scheduled on a separate date subject to the availability of the team.
