1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 609 s. 2025 titled “Congratulatory Memorandum to the Graduates of Linking Standards and Quality Practice (LiSQuP), this Office informs that the participation of the graduates of the Linking Standards and Quality Practice (LiSQuP) program in the Graduation Ceremony on September 9-10, 2025 at the Manila Hotel tent City, Ermita, Manila, as well as the courtesy call at the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent on September 12, 2025 shall be considered on Official Business.
2. Furthermore, transportation, per diem, and other incidental expenses of scholars who receive confirmation to attend the ceremony shall be charged against School/Division MOOE and other local funds, subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations. This provision does not cover any expenses incurred by guests accompanying the scholars, as only the confirmed participants’ costs shall be shouldered.
