1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2026 titled “Guidelines on the Accreditation of Civil Society Organizations or Nongovernment Organizations for School Building Construction Projects”, this Division hereby informs the field of the attached DepEd Order, for information and guidance of all concerned.
2. This dissemination aims to update the field on the new policy on accreditation and engagement of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) in DepEd school building projects, ensuring that only those that meet the prescribed legal, technical, and financial requirements are engaged. In view thereof, all public elementary and secondary School Heads are directed to ensure the proper dissemination of the provisions of the attached DepEd Order to CSOs and NGOs intending to participate in the implementation of such projects pursuant to Section 82 of the FY 2026 GAA.
