1. Pursuant to DepEd Order 016, s. 2025 titled Guidelines on the Grant of Medical Allowance to the Department of Education Personnel, this Office informs all Division Personnel the conduct of a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) meeting on September 11, 2025 (Thursday), 1:00 PM onwards, at the CSDO-Bulwagang Sigasig.
2. Representatives from various health insurance companies will present their proposed HMO-type healthcare benefits. This forum will also serve as a platform to discuss matters and clarifications regarding the grant of medical allowance to Division personnel on the availment of HMO-type healthcare insurance.
