1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 5, s. 2022 titled Discovering Heroes “Strengthening Partnership and Linkages”, this office informs the field of the ceremonial turnover and distribution of notebooks donated by Montoon Philippines on August 16,2024, 9:00AM at Francisco E. Barzaga Memorial School covered court.
2. The donated notebooks are intended for public elementary learners in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas. Each school shall receive a total of 304 notebooks, benefiting 38 learners.
3. There are selected 40 learners from Francisco E. Barzaga Memorial School and Dasmarinas Elementary School who will attend the ceremonial turnover accompanied by their respective class advisers.
4. All public elementary schools are requested to send one representative, preferably the school principal, to receive their allotted donation. Additionally, they are requested to provide a service vehicle to transport the donation.
5. Relative to the above mentioned activity, a virtual meeting will be held on August 14, 2024, 9AM. The participants to the meeting are the 29 public school heads.
5. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
