1. In response to the letter from Sta. Cruz Elementary School to transfer excess School Furniture from the school, this Office informs the field of the selected school recipients attached hereto.
2. Further, School Property Custodians of the school are instructed to prepare an Inventory Transfer Report to transfer and establish accountability of the semi-expendable property. While, school recipients are advised to make necessary arrangements to pick up such and provide improvements like re-painting as necessary.
