1. In consonance to Memorandum No. DRRMS-09-03-2025-0003 dated September 3, 2025, the field is hereby informed of the changes on the conduct of the 1st Quarter NSED:

2. The change is to reflect the directive of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council through Memorandum No. 027, s. 2025.
3. All schools and offices are enjoined to observe the revised schedule and to ensure maximum participation of learners, teaching and nonteaching personnel, and stakeholders.
4. All stipulations previously communicated in relation to this subject are still in effect.
5. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
