1. In connection with COMELEC Resolution No. 11230, titled Calendar of Activities and Periods of Certain Prohibited Acts in Connection with the Special Election in the 4th Legislative District of the Province of Cavite on August 29, 2026, this Office disseminates the guidelines to all schools identified as polling places.
2. The schools are reminded on the following guidelines on transportation arrangement, allocation, and route:
2.1. Schools serving as polling places shall be responsible for securing the required number of transportation services, specifically public utility jeepneys (PUJ), for the transport of their Electoral Board members and election paraphernalia;
2.2. The transportation allocation per polling place, based on the number of polling precincts and Electoral Board members, is attached to this Memorandum as Enclosure No.1 for reference and guidance. The allocation is based on 1 PUJ per 5 precincts (15 electoral boards). The rate is fixed at P2,500.00 per PUJ (possible increase of P500 is subject for approval);
2.3. The prescribed transportation routes are as follows:
a. Release of Paraphernalia (August 29, 12:01am):
School to Dasmarinas Arena to School
b. Retrieval/Return of Paraphernalia:
School to Dasmarinas Arena (End)
2.4. The transportation subsidy shall be released prior to the election, which will be announced on a separate issuance.
