1. Relative to DepEd Advisory dated May 22, 2018 entitled, Administration of National Achievement Test for Grade 12 for School Year 2017-2018 to Non-Sampled Schools, the field is hereby informed on the second round of NAT G12 test administration to the Non – Sampled Schools for SY 2017-2018. The test administration date will be announced on a separate memorandum.
2. Students who failed to take the test in the first round shall be allowed to take the test in the second round of NAT 12 test administration. Hence, inform the office thru Ms. Fragilyn B. Rafael on May 24, 2018 for the preparation of test materials and test venue.
3. Attached herewith is the report on the actual number of actual examines on the conduct of (NAT 12) in sampled schools as reference.
4. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
