1. Pertinent to the provisions of the DepEd Order No. 33, s. 2021 titled School-based Disaster Preparedness and Response Measures for Tropical Cyclones, Flooding, and Other Weather-related Disturbances and Calamities, the field is hereby informed of the component activity of the flagship initiative under the “My DRReaM School is a Safe and Green School” titled PAHIBALO on August 15-16, 2024 at Summit Ridge Tagaytay, Tagaytay City, Cavite.
2. This activity aims to bolster disaster preparedness in forming lasting plans in DRRM in basic education such as Family Earthquake Preparedness, Learner’s Tracking Records and Family Reunification Plans, to name a few.
3. Participants to this activity are the School Heads or their designated alternate. They are advised to bring their own laptops and extension cords.
