1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2026, or the Guidelines on Learning Continuity in Emergencies (EiE), and Regional Memorandum No. 448, s. 2026, RE: Prototype and Interim Dashboard for Learning Continuity, the Department of Education is directed to ensure timely, data-driven decision-making to support learning continuity during disasters, conflicts, and health emergencies.

2. The Bureau of Learning Delivery shall implement a Prototype and Interim Dashboard for the Reporting of Learning Continuity, and while it is under development, all public schools shall submit weekly reports through a designated Google Form accessible through the following link:

3. The reports shall indicate the learning Continuity Level (Hayo, Hinay, Hinga, or Hinto) during the week. In the absence of the submitted report within the prescribed period, the school shall be assumed to be operating under Hayo, or normal conditions.
