1. In reference to the Regional Memorandum No. 553 s. 2024, and DM-OUHROD-2024-1340 dated July 11, 2024, this Office announces that the Pambansang Samahan ng Inhinyero Mekanikal, Inc. (PSIM) will conduct the 3rd Mechanical Engineering Conference on September 16, 2024, and the 4th PSIM National Convention on September 17-19, 2024 at the Tent at Vista Global South, C5 Extension Road 6450, Las Piñas.
2. Enclosed herewith is the letter from the PSIM and the aforementioned memorandum for reference.
3. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Hence, participating teachers are advised to coordinate class
schedules so contact time will not be affected.
