1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 013, s. 2023, Adoption of the National Learning
Recovery Program in the Department of Education, which is contextualized in the Division through Project EXCEL in Literacy and Numeracy coined as Project Revamp, this Division through the Curriculum Implementation Division will hold the 2023 NLC Culminating Activity cum 2023 Division Literacy and Numeracy Convergence on November 20-22, 2023.
2. This activity aims to:
a. share good/best practices in literacy and numeracy;
b. present the gains and gaps in the schools’ reading and numeracy recovery programs; and
c. showcase the best practices of NLC 2023 for benchmarking and early preparation for NLC 2024
