In compliance with Division Memorandum No. 194, s. 2024 titled “Reconstitution of the Composition of the Division Gender and Development Focal Point System (GFPS)”, the field is hereby informed that all GAD Activity Proposals, new and revision, and Activity Completion Reports (ACR) are to be submitted directly to the Division GAD Coordinator, Dr. Allain B. Alvarez, using the email address allain.alvarez@deped.gov.ph.

3. In addition, it is of utmost importance that all school GAD coordinators provide a hard copy of their respective School GAD Plan and Budget for the year 2024 on or before August 23, 2024. This document must bear the signatures of both the School Head and the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) to uphold the principles of transparency and accountability in relation to the GAD initiatives implemented within each school. Please ensure that these documents are organized methodically within a designated folder.
4. All approved proposals and accomplishment reports issued after the date of this memorandum will be available for collection in hard copy from the Records Unit.
