1. Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10661 or the “National Children’s Month Act”,
Regional Memorandum No. 668 s. 2023 titled “Guidance for the Celebration of the 31st National Children’s Month” and in compliance with the correspondence of the City Government of Dasmariñas, this division through the School Governance and Operations, hereby announces the city-wide activities that require participation and presence of selected learners and student leaders from November 8 – 29, 2023.
2. This Division as a member of the Dasmariñas City Council for the Protection of
Children (CCPC) will spearhead the CCPC Mural Painting Contest in celebration of the National Children’s Month 2023 on November 20, 2023 (7 AM -12 NN) at Dasmariñas II Central School external wall concrete fence. This competition will highlight the artistic skills of young Dasmarineños through an amplified expression of talents and advocacy. Thus, Clusters 1-9 are highly encouraged to send 2 group representatives each by registering at the given link below:

3. Moreover, the culminating activity on November 29, 2023 (1:00 PM-5:00 PM)
will highlight the Dasmariñas City State of the Children’s Report to be delivered by Hon. Mayor Jennifer Austria-Barzaga. Participants to this activity are the Supreme Elementary and Secondary Learner Government (SELG/ SSLG) Executive Officers and Teacher-Advisers.
4. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Thus, it is expected that School Heads should make the necessary adjustments in compliance thereof.
