Attached herewith is the Regional Memorandum titled Provision of Technical Assistance Amidst COVID 19 regarding the transitioned online delivery of technical assistance launched by the Regional Office through the Regional Field Technical Assistance Division (RFTAD) Team amid the occurrence of deadly Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic where strict social distancing measure is implemented.
2. In this light, the field is hereby informed of the online platform as management system to deliver a distance technical assistance modality.
