For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is the copy of Regional Memorandum No. 544, s. 2024 titled “Submission of Documents of Private Schools for Renewal of Government Permit, Permit to Operate New School/Course Offering, Application of Government Recognition and Changes in Tuition and Other School Fees for School Year 2025-2026.”
2. Attention is hereby invited to paragraphs 1 and 2 highlighting the significant dates of the various Applications being made by concerned private schools intended for SY 2025-2026. The Regional Office shall assess the completeness of the documentary requirements attached to the said applications and in turn shall be notified in writing of any deficiencies to be complied.
