1. This is to inform all concerned offices that the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 has officially been released by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
2. All units and schools are directed to commence budget planning and preparation activities in line with the NEP. This includes reviewing allocations and program priorities. Planning should emphasize programs aligned with the Division’s thrusts. Schools may also start the post-planning process for the finalization of the Work and Financial Plan for next year’s Programs, Activities, and Projects (PAPs)-(DO 11, s. 2021) based on legal requirements.
3. Attached in this memorandum is the FY 2027 School MOOE Allocation list per National Expenditure Program (NEP).
