1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 611, s. 2025 on the Division Orientation-Workshop on Test Item Banking and Questionnaire Generation using the Division Online App, the activity will be rescheduled from September 24, 2025 to September 29, 2025 (Monday), 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias City, Cavite.
2. All expected participants are reminded of the following instructions:
2.1 Be at the venue not later than 7:30 a.m. for the Registration.
2.2 Bring a laptop and extension cord for workshop activities.
3. All other provisions in Division Memorandum No. 611, s. 2025 shall remain in effect, unless otherwise modified in subsequent issuances.
