1. Relative to the conduct of the DRRM Year-End Planning, Monitoring and
Evaluation, this Office through the SGOD-DRRM announces the Conduct of
SDRRM Cluster Leader Meeting on November 24, 2023-Friday, at 2:00 p.m.
onwards at CSDO Conference Room.
2. Attached is the list of participants to the said meeting. Proxy / alternate
participant is not allowed.
3. Concerned SDRRM Cluster leaders are advised to coordinate and communicate to their school heads of arrangement and appropriate measures to ensure that no classes will be disrupted.
4. Travel expenses to be incurred by the participants to this meeting shall be
charged against their respective school funds subject to usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
