reiterates the specific guidelines for school-managed canteens as stated in Regional Memorandum No. 686 s. 2023 titled “Iteration on the Specific Guidelines for School-Managed Canteens”.
2. These guidelines are issued in order to rationalize the operation and management of school canteens in the public school system.
