1. Evaluation, a subsystem of the Learning Resource Management, focuses on the
quality assurance of locally developed materials for division-wide utilization and
potential inclusion in the learning resource portal. To uphold standards of quality
learning materials, these materials shall undergo a thorough review and enhancement by the Learning Resource Quality Assurance (LRQA) teams of the school and division level.
2. In consonance with this, schools shall organize their own LRQA team with the
School Head as the Chairperson and selected learning area experts and grade level key teachers (e.g. master teachers, head teachers). Structure and terms of reference are enclosed in this Memorandum.
3. Schools shall submit their composition of School LR QA team to this email:
cid.dasmacity@deped.gov.ph on or before December 7, 2023 with the following
subject: School Name_LRQA Team (e.g. Bautista ES_LRQA Team).
