1. As mandated by DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026 titled Guidelines on the Implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar in Basic Education, the End-of-Term Block is the period between terms allocated for grade computation, conduct of co-curricular and extracurricular activities and competitions at the
school, division and regional levels, implementation of the ARAL Program, professional development activities, and wellness breaks for teachers and learners.
2. Given the intent of the End-of-Term Block and its implementation, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), issues this Memorandum to guide schools on the implementation of the End-of Term 1 Block for SY 2026-2027.
