1. Guided by Republic Act 9155 or the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 and pursuant to existing statutory and regulatory issuances anent strengthened delivery of quality basic education services, the schools in Cluster V supervised by Mark Jayson G. Espinosa, Public Schools District Supervisor, and Dr. John G. Nepomuceno, Parent Supervisor, shall launch its cluster-based advocacy aimed at substantiating school efforts aligned with MATATAG Agenda and other existing policies to strengthen the delivery of learning and to respond all related operations concerned for the holistic development of learners, teachers, nonteaching personnel, and other stakeholders.
