1. In relation to the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine over the entire Luzon to prevent the spread of the deadly Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic where strict social distancing measure is observed, this Division provides all private schools the attached copy of Regional Memorandum dated March 30, 2020, titled Resetting of Deadline for the Private Schools Application for Increase in Tuition Fees and Other Fees for SY 2020-2021 to shed light to the issue regarding the deadline of submission of documentary requirements on
May 15, 2020.
2. In view of the foregoing, the Regional Office through the Quality Assurance Division
(RO-QAD) rescheduled the deadline for submission of Private Schools’ Application for Increase in Tuition Fees and Other Fees for SY 2020-2021 on June 15, 2020.
3. The sample format for tuition and other fees enclosed therein shall be notarized.
