1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 438, s. 2023 titled: “Workshop on the Development of a Library of Validated Knowledge on Emerging Best Practices in Resolving BLICS through Hyflex Technical Assistance (Blended), all Division
Offices in Region TV-A CALABARZON are enjoined to recommend selected schools with outstanding NLC & LRP Implementation and submit a compendium of best practices.
2. Said compendium of best practices will serve as guide post to all schools in
strengthening Technical Assistance (TA) delivery and in preparation for the
implementation of the MATATAG Agenda. The following parts/sequence shall be
observed:

c. Highlights of Accomplishment
d. Technical Assistance Provided
e. Indicative Program of Activities
f. MOVs
g. Recommendation
