Search for Gawad SiGaSig (Sipag, Galing, Sigla) sa Paglilingkod, this office, through the division PRAISE Committee, announces the initial list of Stage 2
Qualifiers to the 2023 Search for Gawad SiGaSig (Sipag, Galing, Sigla) sa Paglilingkod
2. The Stage 2 of the search are the onsite validation through rounds, interview
(in-person or online), and demonstration teaching (for teacher awards).
3. During this stage, the following must be observed as stipulated in the abovementioned memorandum:
a. Nominees shall have on-hand the hard copy of documents during the on-site validations.
b. Validators shall put their final score in the HRD-provided link.
c. Nominees who will reach the 80% cut off score based on the set criteria shall receive a certificate that they are Second Stage Qualifiers.
d. The PRAISE committee shall conduct final deliberation.
e. Three (3) Second Stage Qualifiers who garnered highest scores shall be declared Finalists.
f. Finalist who got the highest score and underwent final deliberation shall be awarded as Outstanding in the category.
4. Attached is the initial list of Stage 2 Qualifiers for your reference. The remaining list of qualifiers will be posted in a separate memorandum.
