1. Relative to the Regional Conference on Storybook Writing and Illustrating as ELLN Materials Used for Catch-Up Fridays, there will be a division Workshop on the Development and Illustration of Contextualized Learning Resources and Reading Materials on September 11-12, 2024 at the Bulwagang Sigasig of the Division Office. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the list of participants to this activity.
2. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Teachers are advised to coordinate schedules to ensure non -disruption of classes.
3. In addition, expenses incurred relative to participation including traveling to the venues may be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulation.
