1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 049, s. 2023 titled Administration of the
2023 Special Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT), this Office would like to inform all involved learners and school personnel that the Special PEPT shall be
administered on December 10, 2023 (Sunday) at Dasmariñas Integrated High
School. The Advisory from the Bureau of Education Assessment is attached as
Enclosure 1.
2. To facilitate the smooth administration of the Special PEPT, a virtual orientation shall be held on December 6, 2023 (Wednesday), 1:00pm via Zoom. The meeting details are as follows:

The meeting link shall also be sent to the official Facebook group chats of the City
Schools Division.
3. Participants to this virtual meeting are the Chief Examiner and Room Supervisor, Room Examiners, Division Testing Coordinators, and Division Coordinator for Private Schools. The list of expected attendees is attached as Enclosure 2.
4. Also attached is the list of Special PEPT examinees arranged by testing room
(Enclosure 3). All examinees are instructed to be present at the testing venue at 6:00am on December 10, 2023. Concerned school personnel are advised to communicate to the Special PEPT examinees all details relative to this activity.
