1. Relative to the conduct of the 2023 Division Schools Press Conference, a virtual
planning meeting will be conducted on December 1, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. via Zoom with Meeting ID: 841 4705 3711 and Passcode: 278393
2. The agenda of the meeting are as follows:
a. Terms of Reference (TOR) of each committee
b. Indicative Schedule
c. Revisions/adjustments of other details of DSPC
3. The participants in the meeting are the conference managers, committee
members, and the school head and SPAs of Sta. Cruz Elementary School. (See
attached list of the participants.)
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring
Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and
guidelines.
