1. Pursuant to DepEd Order 009 s. 2021 Institutionalization of a Quality Management System in the Department of Education and to provide guidelines on the implementation of Quality Workplace in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas offices, the Quality Workplace Team, through the Training and Advocacy Team, shall conduct of NQMS Quality Workplace orientation on September 11, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in two (2) batches, at Bulwagang SiGaSig, CSDO Office, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
2. This activity aims to:
a. orient the division personnel with the necessary tools and strategies to drive quality assurance practices and maintain high standards in the workplace, ensuring operational excellence and positive outcomes for the organization;
b. set a healthy and safe work environment of personnel who, in turn shall provide effective delivery of services for customer satisfaction; and
c. promote a positive work environment, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
3. The participants in this activity are the designated Division Personnel listed in the attached memorandum.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
