1. The DepED CALABARZON has released its announcement on 2018 CALABARZON Gawad Patnugot through DEPED-4A-RM-06-18-263, with this the Division Office will be holding a general orientation on its guidelines to help prepare the identified division nominees.
2. Apart from the orientation, the nominees shall be given technical assistance as to the preparation of their documents and other matters related to their preparations in this activity.
3. The orientation will be held on May 31, 2018 (Thursday), 8:30am, at the Conference Room of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
4. The list of nominees is attached on this Memorandum.
5. All nominees are expected to come with their documents previously submitted during 2018 Search for GAWAD SIGASIG (if applicable).
6. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
