1. In view of the promotions and transfers of the designated Loan Verifiers, the personnel identified in the attached Annex A are hereby designated as Loan Verifiers for the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, effective September 3, 2026, until otherwise rescinded. The corresponding school assignments and official email addresses of the designated personnel are likewise provided therein.
2. For reference and guidance, the pertinent procedures under DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2018, Revised Guidelines on Accreditation /Re-accreditation of private entities under the Automatic Payroll Deduction System (APDS) Program, particularly the Procedures for the Verification of the Net Take-Home Pay (NTHP) by the DepEd Verifier under the APDS (For Loans), are attached to this Memorandum as Annex B.
3. For designated Loan Verifiers who are on official leave and whose respective accounts are still pending for creation or activation, the pending requests shall, in the interim, be taken over and attended to by the following Division personnel to ensure the continuity and timely processing of loan verification transactions.
