1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is the copy of Regional Memorandum No. 165, s. 2024 titled “Request for Inquiry and Verification of ESC and SHS-VP Program Beneficiaries.”
2. Attention is hereby invited to paragraph 2 highlighting the objectives of the abovementioned subject: “a. conduct of an inquiry into the discrepancies identified by verifying the claims/allegations of the private schools that learners were enrolled in their schools during the time of billing against the statements to be gathered from the learners themselves, teachers, school’s heads, schools division superintendents, and/or other concerned individuals; and b. ascertain how the schools obtained the names and Learner Reference Number (LRNs) of the learners.”
