1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 596, s. 2026, titled “2026 Division Festival of Talents,” this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), hereby issues this Addendum Memorandum to provide additional information regarding the Values Education event, HeartLens: Stories that Inspire, which will be held on September 7, 2026, at Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School.
2. This Memorandum includes the lists of participating schools, teacher-coaches, student-participants, non-student supporting characters, and members of the Technical Working Group (TWG).
3. Attached to this Memorandum are the lists of participating schools, teacher-coaches, student-participants, non-student supporting characters, and members of the Technical Working Group (TWG).
4. All participating schools are hereby reminded that only a maximum of five (5) student-participants, together with their teacher-coach(es), shall be allowed to attend the actual contest. Furthermore, schools shall ensure that all participating students submit duly signed Parental Consent Forms prior to their participation in the activity.
