1. The field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Division Online Management
Committee (ManCom) Conference on December 6, 2023, from 1:30 P.M. onwards via Zoom App.
2. The participants in the activity above are the Schools Division Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Division Chiefs, Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Division Unit Heads, Division Section Heads, and Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads.
3. It is understood that NO PROXY IS ALLOWED to attend on behalf of the
abovementioned participants. The following etiquette is requested during the online conference:
• Set microphones to mute when not speaking.
• Keep camera on.
• Call in from a quiet, well-lit location.
• Observe Republic Act 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act
4. Presenters are advised to follow the agenda and observe the time strictly.
