1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum dated May 7, 2019 re: Roll-out and Use of Facebook Workplace and DepEd Election Monitoring Apps and to Division Memorandum No. 94, S. 2019 re: Use of Facebook Workplace In Division Office and Schools, the field is hereby informed of the use of Workplace Group and WorkChat by Facebook for Gender and Development (GAD) coordinators and Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinators beginning April 1, 2020.
2. These platforms shall be used for announcement/ updates, references, technical assistance and other relevant communication purposes.
3. All school GAD and L&D coordinators are required to register via SMS with this format: DepEd email/ Full Name/ GAD Coordinator/ School and send to 0917 192 0119 (Globe) or 0908 446 2339 (Smart). Coordinators will then receive confirmation at their mailbox (e-mail) or Workplace, and once member, coordinators will also receive relevant updates via SMS.
