1. In connection to an official communication from the Philippine Statistics
Authority-Cavite (PSA) regarding the abovementioned subject, this Office would
like to inform the field on the proposed conduct of Step 2 onsite mobile registration.
2. The Philippine Identification System aims to register all Filipino Citizens by the
end of 2023. In this regard, we would like to request all schools to answer the
provided link and indicate therein the selected dates for the said onsite registration. Please be informed that such sheet is intended for consolidation
purposes only and shall be referred for PSA approval as to assignment/availability of their registration officials. An Addendum shall be released for the final schedule of your respective schools.
