1. To strengthen the implementation of PRIME-HRM in the Division and incompliance with DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2021 titled “Institutionalization of the Quality Management System, a preparatory meeting with Course Creators and Voice Over Talents on the Induction Program Course Creating and Finalization shall be conducted on October 2, 2025, 1:30 PM at Bulwagang Sigasig, 2nd Floor, Sigasig Bldg.
2. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
3. Expenses that may be incurred in participation to this meeting may be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulation.
4. Enclosed to this Memorandum is the list of participants for the meeting.
5. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
