1. The Alternative Learning System (ALS) will conduct its Performance Implementation Review Cum Team Building Activity on December 14-15, 2023 at
Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias City, Cavite. The aims of this activity are to review the
following ALS components: curriculum contextualization, literacy mapping, learner assessment tools, monitoring, and evaluation framework, learning resource development and system support components such as capability building, advocacy, social mobilization, partnership strategies, and inclusion in ALS in the school-based management. Attached to this memorandum are the list of participants and schedule of activities.
2. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
3. In addition, expenses incurred relative to participation including traveling to the venues may be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulation.
4. Furthermore, strict compliance with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled
“Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools
Division of Dasmarinas” and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled “Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities” shall be observed.
