1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 010112 of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Article IX-13 Section 3 of the Philippine Constitution which mandates the CSC to adopt measures to promote morale, efficiency, integrity, responsiveness and courtesy in the civil service as well as to strengthen the merit and reward system and establishment of government-wide Employee Suggestions and Incentive Award System, the field is hereby informed that the Gawad SiGaSig (Sipag, Galing, Sigla) sa Paglilingkod 2023 Awarding Ceremony will be held on December 18, 2023, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at The Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias City, Cavite.
2. Attendees to this event are the Division Supervisors, Unit/ Section Heads, School Principals, Service Awardees, SDO Dasma Patnugot Winners, and 2nd Stage Qualifiers.
3. All Attendees must wear gala attire (preferably color blue nova, gold or black).
4. Furthermore, all 2nd Stage Qualifiers must submit a solo picture on or before
Dec. 13, 2023, with the following descriptions at renante.salimbao@deped.gov.ph :
a. Must be wearing DepEd uniform
b. With transparent background
c. must be in .png format
d. high resolution (1800 x 1200)
e. include Category Type
