1. In line with DepEd Order No. 24, s. 2025 titled “Guidelines on the Implementation of the Expanded Career Progression System for Teachers and School Heads,” the Division of Dasmarinas launches Oplan Kaagapay sa Expanded Career Progression (ECP).
2. This Division initiative aims to:
a. serve as the Division’s technical arm in addressing queries and clarifying the guidelines, tools, procedures, and criteria of the ECP;
b. extend assistance to personnel in navigating ECP requirements and documentation; and
c. establish clear communication and feedback mechanisms between the Division and school personnel who may be affected by the ECP.
3. The Oplan Kaagapay sa ECP Technical Working Group (TWG) is composed of the following Division personnel:

4. The conduct of Oplan Kaagapay sa ECP sessions are scheduled on October 6-10, 2025. Personnel who intend to participate must register in advance through
