1. Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10121 or the Philippine Disaster Reduction and Management Act of 2010 and Office of the Undersecretary for Operations Memorandum No. OM-OUOPS-2025-04-00130 dated April 24, 2025, this Office, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Disaster Reduction and Management, will conduct Kinaaadman: Division Disaster Reduction and Management (DRRM) Conference on October 17-18, 2025 on a venue to be announced in a separate issuance.
2. This activity aims to equip the participants, specifically the School Disaster Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Deputy Chiefs/Coordinators, on the foundational, functional and technical competencies. In addition, this conference targets to address challenges on the deliverables of the Comprehensive School Safety (CSS) Framework in Basic Education.
