1. The Bureau of Education Assessment with the assistance of the Division Testing Committee shall administer the English Proficiency Test (EPT) among Teacher Applicants on April 13, 2019, Saturday at 7:30 A.M. onwards at Dasmariñas Elementary School, Don Placido Campus Avenue,
Zone 3, Dasmariñas City.
2. The English Proficiency Test shall serve as a tool to measure the English Communication Skills of
Teacher Applicants and is one of the criteria in the evaluation and computation of points required
to qualify in the Registry of Qualified Teacher Applicants (RQA).
3. Test takers are advised to bring the following:
• One valid I.D. (and a photocopy)
• Pencil (Mongol #2)
• Sharpener
• Ballpen (Black)
4. The room assignment of test takers, list of room examiners and room supervisors shall be announced through a separate memorandum.
5. Furthermore, Non-Teaching Personnel involved in the administration of the English Proficiency Test shall be granted one (1) day Compensatory Time-off (CTO) for overtime service rendered as per Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint
Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Service Rendered.
6. Prompt dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
