1. In preparation for the implementation of One DepEd, One QMS in all levels of governance in the Department of Education, and as provided in Clause 7.2 of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard which states, that the organization shall determine the necessary competence of persons doing work under its control that affects the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system. This office will conduct an Internal Quality Audit Training on December 27-29,2023 at Dasmariñas II Central School Library from 8:00- 5:00 in the afternoon.
2. Participants in this activity are the 44 school IQA Lead Auditors and selected Division IQA members. Further, they shall bring a laptop, extension wire, and a printed copy of ISO 9001:2015 standard that can be accessed through this link https://bit.ly/iso90012015standard.
3. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
5. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
